Our local supplier carefully selects native breeds and produce so that we can cook delicious tasting organic meat that you will rarely taste anywhere else.

Also, because our meat is sourced and delivered locally, means that it is better for you and the environment.

Local Produce

We obtain our meat from Graig Farm Organics who are based here in Mochdre. They continue the Welsh tradition of supplying tasty, award winning produce to locals, as well as the meat online market across the UK.

The farm has been in the same family since the 1940s. Jonathan Rees, the proprietor of Graig Farm Organics, has lived there all of his life
